Position Overview
The Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled service, helping customers with tyre and wheel enquiries, bookings, and general automotive advice. This role combines reception, administration, and customer support duties, ensuring every customer experiences TyreNutz’s commitment to honesty, reliability, and respect.
