Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Innisfail Aquatic Facility, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Manage a diverse team, including lifeguards and operational staff, to ensure high-quality customer service and facility management.
* Develop and implement community-focused programs to promote participation and inclusivity.
* Maintain effective communication with Cassowary Coast Regional Council, providing regular reports and updates on operations and compliance.
Key Criteria:
* Solid understanding of managing facilities, including experience in safety and compliance regulations.
* Knowledge of Cassowary Coast Regional Council's operational and community expectations.
* Experience in partnership models, focusing on delivering high-quality operations while adhering to Council policies.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in facility management, operations, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing aquatic facilities or similar environments.
