Over the coming decade we will expand T1 International, and build new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks and our first airport hotel. This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience. We are seeking a motivated individual to join Perth Airport as a Terminal Infrastructure Officer. This role will be the primary subject matter expert for the HVAC and refrigeration systems. What you'll do: Coordinate maintenance activities and asset upkeep across terminal buildings, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery Manage contractor performance, permits, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards within terminal environments Operate and maintain the Maintenance Management System to monitor and improve maintenance outcomes Facilitate minor and major capital works, including asset replacements and project handovers Support project teams by managing shutdowns, isolations, and documentation during terminal works Issue and administer permits for high-risk activities, ensuring alignment with WHS procedures and operational needs Promote a strong safety and environmental culture, identifying and mitigating risks across all activities Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe delivery of maintenance and project works About you: HVAC or Refrigeration trade qualified with 5 or more years working knowledge, and experience of large central HVAC plant. Experience in delivering maintenance services in complex building environments. Skilled in contractor management and knowledgeable in building codes and standards. Proficient in maintenance systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills. Trusted for integrity, reliability, and consistent results. Confident in risk assessment and values-based decision-making. Committed to safety and environmental responsibility.
