About the Role
Join our Cemetery Services team within the Customer Response branch, where you'll support families with empathy and precision—navigating sensitive moments with care, clarity, and professional boundaries. This role involves managing multiple tasks with daily competing priorities, while liaising with funeral directors, stonemasons, and other stakeholders to coordinate burial and ash interment services. Your ability to remain composed, detail‐focused, and respectful will be key to delivering high‐quality, personalised service.
