We are hiring for a Receptionist/Holiday Assistant

The Role

* Welcoming clients, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate agent or department.
* Handling incoming phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the correct personnel.
* Responding to enquiries via email, forwarding messages, and maintaining professional communication.
* Ordering office supplies, keeping the front area tidy and presentable.
* Entering client information into databases.
* Prospect and obtain holiday managements building relationships with new clients.
* Provide exceptional customer focus towards both prospective and existing owners and guests.
* Ongoing engagement with guests via phone, email and in person when required.
* Ensure accuracy of the central booking management software.
* Handle credit card transactions.
* Perform checks of cleaning quality and ensure any maintenance of holiday properties.

Qualifications:

* Hold your certificate of registration or real estate license or a willingness to obtain
* Experience is desirable but not essential
* Computer literacy
* Hold a current driver's license
