Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Above market pay rates

The successful candidates will have a proven track record in administration support and customer service, be highly analytical and organized, with the ability to manage high volumes of work.


About The Role

In this role, you will manage caseloads of varying complexities and combine administrative and people skills to support the lives of vulnerable individuals. Your responsibilities include:

* Assist in the day-to-day management of client estates and personal finances
* Liaise with clients, their families, service providers, and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare statements
* Support clients in receiving their full entitlements and benefits
* Help coordinate property, assets, and investments as needed
* Ensure compliance with relevant processes and guidelines


About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Experience in casework, financial management, or estate administration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including vulnerable clients via phone
* High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
* A commitment to delivering quality customer service
* Ability to handle and resolve complex queries

Experience in government, finance, legal, or aged care environments will be highly regarded.


Requirements

* All candidates must have a valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months
* Must be available to start within 1 week
