- 5/2 roster be home every weekend

- Work closely with Finance and Maintenance teams
About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our clients team at a coal mine near Collinsville.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinate accommodation bookings and travel in collaboration with the engineering planning team
- Complete journal entries and assist with month-end reporting
What You Will Need:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a maintenance or mining environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
