What you'll be doing
We are seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse, in this role you will provide direct, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting patient wellbeing and ensuring quality documentation.
In this role you will:
* Conduct assessments, recognise clinical changes and escalate concerns appropriately.
* Deliver safe care aligned with NSW Health and WSLHD policies, procedures and guidelines.
* Support patients with daily living activities, comfort measures and emotional care.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement.
