Chef de Partie – Lunetta (Full-Time)

We are now seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen brigade.
The Role
As CDP, you will work closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef to deliver a consistently high standard of food execution. You'll manage your own section with precision, contribute ideas to menu development, and take pride in presentation and flavour that reflects Lunetta's philosophy.
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant environment
* Passion for seasonal produce, classic technique, and Italian-inspired cuisine
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to run a section with consistency and calm under pressure
* A positive team player with a drive to learn, grow, and contribute to the culture of the kitchen
