We're on the lookout for an energetic and hands-on Store Manager to lead our Donut King Burleigh location.
You'll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, leading a great team, and delivering the fun, fast and friendly experience Donut King is known for. If you love leading from the front, keeping standards high, and driving results in a busy QSR environment then this one's for you!

What you'll be doing:
* Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver standout customer service
* Run daily store operations including rostering, stock control, ordering, cash handling and reporting
* Drive sales through great execution of promotions, upselling and local initiatives
* Monitor labour and sales to maximise productivity and meet targets
* Maintain high standards across food safety, cleanliness and store presentation
* Complete stocktakes, audits and reporting in line with RFG requirements
* Ensure compliance with employment, WHS and food safety regulations
* Create a positive, high-energy team culture that reflects the Donut King brand
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or leading teams in a high volume QSR or hospitality environment (essential)
* A passion for customer service and delivering consistent brand standards
* Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
* Solid operational skills across rostering, stock and cost control
* Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with their team
* Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Ability to work full time (38 hours)
