We're growing and currently seeking a qualified Diesel Fitter to join our Sunshine Coast workshop team. Whether you're looking to stay local or keen to occasionally head off on FIFO assignments to some of the most beautiful locations in the world, this role offers both.

What you'll be doing:
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs across a broad range of marine and civil plant
- Diagnosing and responding to breakdowns efficiently with access to digital manuals and maintenance planners
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall reliability of fleet equipment
- Occasionally travelling (if desired) to support field and FIFO projects in Australia and overseas
What We're Looking For:
- Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter or Mechanical Fitter
- Post-trade experience with civil machinery (excavators, dozers, graders, etc.)
- Experience with Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo or Hitachi equipment
- Marine equipment experience (barges, dredges, workboats) is a bonus, but not essential
- Hydraulics, pumps, and electrical systems knowledge would be beneficial
- A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team
