Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Coatings Process Supervisor to oversee the application of thermal spray coatings on industrial equipment and components.
Main Duties:
* Supervise manual and automated thermal spray processes to ensure high-quality coatings and efficient production.
* Develop, modify, and troubleshoot coating specifications and robotic systems for various part configurations.
* Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and safety metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
* Lead and train team members in best practices for thermal spray coating, including setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal spray coating, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong understanding of coating materials, process variables, and quality control methods.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
