The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced research professional to drive the expansion of our contract research and evaluation capability. This role will play a key part in implementing our research strategy, working closely with senior leaders to embed research consulting as a core practice across research themes.
* Develop and implement a strategic plan for research consulting services aligned with our goal of delivering impactful solutions.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to establish research consulting as a valued practice across research areas.
* Build relationships with government agencies, NGOs, industry, and other stakeholders to drive growth and development opportunities.
* Develop a pipeline of high-impact projects to enable the growth and development of a high-quality team.
About You
* To be successful in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification (preferably a higher degree) in a relevant discipline such as public health, psychology, or health sciences.
* Proven leadership experience in research consulting, evaluation, or contract research is essential.
* Strong strategic thinking and business development skills are required.
* Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is necessary.
* Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in dynamic environments is crucial.
* Experience in government procurement processes and tender compliance frameworks is advantageous.
