In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating site inspections, managing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and handling project administration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
* Manage RFQs from vendors and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
* Maintain accurate records of project administration, including correspondence, meetings, and action items.
* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in construction coordination or project management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as Procore or Autodesk.
