About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager to lead our Kotara store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance teams and driving commercial results.
Key Responsibilities include overseeing visual merchandising, daily operations, training, and stock management. As well as maintaining a safe workplace and complying with all relevant health and safety requirements.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 5+ years of experience in a senior retail role.
* Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing retail teams.
* Excellent leadership skills with developed performance management abilities.
* Strategic thinking, interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
