Job Description
* Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with all Australian standards.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with organisational goals.
* Provide strategic advice to senior management to support decision‐making.
* Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost‐saving and efficiency improvements.
* Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
* Manage and mentor a small team.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams with all business units.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports to all stakeholders.
A Successful Finance Manager Will Be Able To Demonstrate
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA are highly regarded.
* Proven experience in financial management.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in multiple finance ERP systems.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
