Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and actively promoting our products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and other means.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
