About the Role As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of a busy Highpoint store, driving performance, culture, and results. Key details: Highpoint Shopping Centre location Team size: 7-12 staff High-volume, KPI-focused environment Clear expectation to be a top-performing store in the network Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team Drive sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and overall store KPIs Manage rosters, wages, and day-to-day operations Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability Maintain high visual, service, and operational standards Lead from the floor during peak trade periods About You Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume or big-box retail environment Confident managing larger teams and fast-paced trade KPI-driven, resilient, and commercially minded Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style Passion for retail and delivering results (Product or technical background is not essential - strong retail leadership is.)
