Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
About the Role:
A leading jeweller in Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead its Parramatta showroom.
* Promote exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers receive outstanding care and attention throughout their shopping experience.
* Lead, motivate, train, develop and evaluate the performance of team members to achieve sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Sales expertise with a proven track record of achieving sales targets;
2. Laser-sharp commercial acumen; understanding profit margins, cost control and financial management;
3. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal);
4. Familiarity with jewellery products or retail industry would be beneficial but not essential.
This full-time position offers competitive remuneration plus bonuses. This role requires flexibility including working weekends late-night trade.
Parramatta Location - Must have valid driver's license for travelling between stores at times.
The successful candidate will work closely as part of an agile store environment that shares knowledge experiences creating attractive displays which enhance customer interaction showcasing unique products within our boutique setting.
