Job Title: Trainee Administrator
Job Description
This role is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, providing high-level client support across various locations in the Bowen Basin. As a Trainee Administrator, you will play a key role in being the main point of contact for government and non-government funded training programs, arranging training and development initiatives, and monitoring trainee progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire trainee life cycle from enrolment to completion
* Maintain accurate employee records and systems in our database
* Attend meetings with clients or government agencies via video conferencing or in person
* Support the team to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
* Review assessment practices and site processes to improve efficiency
* Build partnerships with government, educational, and other organisations to support training programs
* Stay up-to-date with current government funded programs and initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
* Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong networking skills and ability to build positive relationships
