About the role:

As Senior Manager, you will ensure a safe and inclusive environment where our staff can build meaningful relationships with residents, while maintaining full compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strategic and commercial mindset to ensure operational excellence and sustainable outcomes that align with Uniting Communities' values and vision. Your leadership will inspire a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement, while coaching and empowering your team to celebrate and enrich the lives of those in our care.

In this role, you will:

Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure outstanding resident care and a high-performance team culture.

Lead the delivery of high-quality services that align with regulatory requirements, our service model and best practices.

Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, analysis, and resource management.

Promote collaboration, innovation, and a sense of belonging across all levels of the home.

Engage with families, staff, and supporters to ensure a responsive, person-centred care environment.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing a Residential Aged Care home.

Strong operational, leadership, and financial management skills.

AHPRA registration and senior nursing qualifications.

Ability to manage change and lead high-performing teams.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
