What we're looking for:
* Some previous experience providing care in disability support, whether through formal employment or informal responsibilities.
* A caring personality and a genuine love for helping others
* Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow guidance
* Willingness to learn personal care as well as high-needs support
* A valid driver's licence, reliable 4-door vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
* Australian permanent residency
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow procedures
* Have a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid Certificate, and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
