Marist Regional College is a Catholic School formed from the amalgamation of two schools, run by the Sisters of Mercy and the Marist Fathers in 1972. Today we build on those foundations to enable our over 900 students to grow with confidence and purpose, secure in the knowledge that they will be known, safe and valued.

We are currently seeking applications for an innovative, passionate and highly motivated Teacher to join our College community. We are searching for a Teacher who has the qualifications and personal qualities needed to make a difference to the educational outcomes of students at Marist Regional College.

With a focus on educating the whole person at the heart of Catholic Education, you will inspire and empower our young people to flourish academically, personally, and spiritually, transforming young lives.

We are calling for applications for the following:

We are interested in applications from Teachers with experience in either Primary or Secondary English / Hass.

We are interested in candidates who can commence in Term 4 (Monday 13 October 2025) or at the start of the 2026 school year.

The Term 4 teaching load compromises of Year 7-8 English and HASS (Global Connections) as well as Years 9 and 10 HASS.

LAT applications will be considered for a 0.6FTE position, as per LAT requirements.

The 2026 load can be negotiated based on the skills and competencies of the candidate.

Ongoing position, 0.6 – Full Time FTE (can be negotiated for successful candidate).

Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
