The Company:
Join a small team providing administration/accounts support for an online department store offering a wide variety of home goods at discounted prices and delivering to customers across Australia.
The Role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your typical day will involve:
- Coordinating all the administration and work closely with the accounts team based in China
- Accounts admin support including updating spreadsheets for payroll, depreciation schedules and employee entitlements
- Liaising with the bank, auditors, insurance brokers and landlord when required
- Ad hoc administration, data entry and basic accounts duties as required
About YOU:
- Previous office administration is essential & exposure to accounts or finance administration highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to speak and write English and Mandarin
- Good team player able to liaise with local and international team members and suppliers
- Good computer skills including MS Office and experience with ERP's or Accounting software highly regarded but not essential
- A positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both independently and part of a small team
