What you'll contribute to:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team in a full-time role. Reporting to the Manager FP&A and Transformation, the successful applicant will join a team of dedicated finance professionals and play an integral role in supporting the performance reporting and analysis function for the QAL Group. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong focus on commercial finance, forecasting, analytical financial review and metric reporting. Experience with Financial Modelling is essential. Previous experience with Technology One or Board isn't necessary but is desired. CP or CPA qualification is required, a tertiary qualification in accounting or a similar field will be highly regarded.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create detailed reporting, analysing financial and non-financial data from a variety of sources and provide insights into key drivers and trends of financial performance Prepare, analyse and interpret key financial and non-financial data supporting the Finance Business Partners Support preparation and delivery of Financial Dashboards and Visuals Preparation of presentation materials for monthly Board and executive management reporting Exceptional reporting on KPIs and metrics, including a range of Commercial Operations including Retail Stores and Car Parking Propose and implement performance reporting improvements and new management information systems where appropriate Support the annual budget and periodic reforecasting processes Support and actively implement Finance automation and continuous improvements Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Take reasonable care for your health and safety What we offer you?
