Senior Change Professional
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Professional to join our team in a key role that will play a crucial part in driving organisational change. As a Senior Change Professional, you will be responsible for implementing effective change management strategies and programs to achieve business outcomes.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that align with organisational goals and objectives.
o Provide expert advice on change strategy, communication, impact, training, and deployment to support decision-making.
o Co-design and apply the organisation's change framework across all programs to enhance engagement and build change capability.
o Foster strong relationships to ensure effective integration of initiatives.
o Address emerging project issues and recommend solutions to mitigate change impacts.
o Create change management and communication plans, including training for smooth transitions.
o Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure deliverables are met.
o Monitor and report program progress to support Business/Change Readiness.

* A deep understanding of business challenges and ability to guide stakeholders through complex changes while maintaining strong relationships.
