Bring your recruitment tech implementation experience and robust background in recruitment – and drive this project forward.
This large, complex organisation is looking for someone with a solid recruitment background, together with experience leading the implementation of tech, to join them on this 6 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
You’ll be working across multiple geographies, quickly getting your head around the progress to date and business needs. You’ll understand the SOPs and how those need to be reflected in the recruitment technology. You’ll then partner with an external consultant and the local HR teams on each site to ensure work on configuration, UAT, comms, train the trainer, roll out and beyond…
You have expert communication and influencing skills, and know how to get people on board with change. You enjoy being the glue that holds projects together! As an experienced recruitment manager who knows systems, you’ll be able to quickly hit the ground, build credibility and add value.
Requirements
We’re working to a short time frame, so you’ll need to be available to start in the next couple of weeks.
To be eligible for this role, you’ll need to have the right to work in New Zealand.
