About the role
Inclusive Swim are seeking swimming instructors to to join our passionate team. With a variety of programs throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area, multiple opportunities are available in both our 1:1 programs, as well as group programs.
What you'll be doing
* Providing engaging and effective swimming instruction to clients, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs and abilities
* Developing and implementing lesson plans that focus on stroke development, water safety, and confidence building
* Ensuring the safety of all clients by maintaining a vigilant awareness of the pool environment and adhering to all safety protocols
* Providing feedback and encouragement to clients to support their progress and development
* Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve the quality of our swim education program
What we're looking for
* Swimming and Water Safety Teacher (SISSS or willingness to obtain
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all clients
* Passion for inclusive and adaptive swimming education, with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with diverse needs and abilities
* Current CPR certification
