As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and administrative services related to court transcript ordering and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will undertake the ordering and distribution of court transcripts, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders, judiciary, and courts' users.
* Accurately enter and extract information from records systems and computerised databases to process transcript requests and ensure correct distribution of transcripts.
* You will comply with administrative and operational processes, policies, and procedures, and legislative guidelines relating to the delivery of quality services to relevant clients and stakeholders.
* You will contribute to effective teamwork by developing a detailed understanding of the roles and duties of other team members.
* You will actively display diligence, professionalism, and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
