This is an exciting opportunity to provide person-centred support that empowers elderly clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
You will play a vital role in enhancing clients' quality of life through compassionate, respectful, and reliable care.
* Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing, while upholding each client's dignity and comfort.
* Deliver personalised care based on the unique preferences, routines, and needs of each client.
* Support with daily living activities, both in-home and in the community, including:
o Meal preparation and basic household duties.
o Personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
o Transportation to medical appointments and social outings.
o Companionship and social support.
o Foster independence and help clients maintain their lifestyle and wellbeing.
Essential Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
* Driver's licence and vehicle.
* Current Car Insurance & Car Registration.
* National police check.
* First aid & CPR.
* Blue Card.
