Job Summary
Lead and develop a team to achieve sales and high standards of customer service, and ensure in-store presentation standards and retail operational practices are maintained. Telstra is hiring a Store Manager for the Port Lincoln store on a full-time basis. This role offers opportunities to enhance leadership skills within a dynamic team environment at Telstra.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the front to develop a high-performing team and drive sales and customer service KPIs.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive store culture.
* Identify and lead recruitment for new store team members.
* Collaborate with Area Managers to coach and grow the team; conduct performance reviews and support career progression.
* Ensure in-store presentation standards and retail operational practices are maintained.
Qualifications / About You
* Demonstrated recent people leadership success within a target-driven retail sales environment.
* Able to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs; able to influence and build rapport with a diverse team.
* Strong customer issue resolution skills and creative problem solving.
* Experience leading through change (products/systems) and guiding the team through transitions.
