1. Job Description
* The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SCM processes, configuration, and implementation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* They will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize Supply Chain, logistics, and warehouse operations and drive simplification and adoption.
2. Key Responsibilities:
* Business Process Analysis:
o Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement.
o Document business requirements, functional specifications, and system design.
* SCM Configuration and Implementation:
o Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
o Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements to improve processes.
o Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets functional specifications.
* User Training and Support:
o Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP SCM functionalities.
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Integration and Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, manufacturing, and Procurement, to ensure seamless integration of SAP SCM with other SAP modules and external systems.
o Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and status reporting.
* Stay updated on SAP Digital SCM best practices and new functionalities, recommending upgrades and improvements as necessary.
3. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP SCM Functional Consultant or similar role.
o Proven experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, and hypercare support.
* Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of SAP SCM processes, including integration with planning, production, Procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehouse processes, and integration with Sales.
o SAP S/4HANA implementation experience and knowledge.
o Proficiency in configuration and troubleshooting within the SAP environment.
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
