We are currently seeking a agile and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Melrose Park office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Melrose Park office.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of consultants, administrators, and support staff to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, migration, and education targets.
- Ensure high-quality client service standards and compliance with Australian migration law and education regulations.
- Oversee client case management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with education providers, business partners, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor office performance, financials, and reporting, providing updates to the senior management team.
- Drive local marketing, community engagement, and promotional activities to grow the branch presence.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership/management role, preferably in the education, migration, or professional services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration and/or international education industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage targets, budgets, and KPIs.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Registration as a Migration Agent or experience in migration/education services will be highly regarded.
