About the Role

Our high-performing teams of Home & Investment Lending Associates play a critical role in making this happen, by supporting our customers to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property. As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Associate, your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers so you can coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Role Location: 91 Mitchell Street, Bendigo VIC 3550

Role Type: 12-month fixed term opportunity

Shift schedule: Full-time

What will your day look like?

• Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property
• Coach customers through each step of the journey
• Act as a mentor to other members of the branch, coach them, and inspire them to provide the best possible customer experience
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customers' experience with ANZ is seamless
• Deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ

What will you bring?

• Strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience
• Significant experience in financial services and attention to detail
• Experience in being an active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
• Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to be proactive and work in a collaborative team environment
