* Amazon is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Change Management Program Manager in the EMEA Change Management team within the Engineering Services organization to play a critical role in managing Amazon's fast growth and technology innovation needs. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, highly motivated individual and have a strong level of ownership. This individual will report to the Sr. Change Program Manager for Change Management.
* About the team
* The Change Management Team is a pillar within the Central Services Team of the EMEA GES (Engineering Services org). The team's focus is
* To drive a customer friendly Change Management process and services to our internal customers (site delivery teams) in terms of decision velocity, process clarity and access to information.
* To Maximize value to the business through multiplier effects of changes across the network (vis a vis single site changes), by driving standardization
* To ensure a process with thorough evaluation of change requests, which leads to cost avoidance of changes that are not as beneficial/ impactful

* Key Job Responsibilities:
* Review new change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing standards
* Own the process/ tools and mechanisms for Change requests to be raised, evaluated, concluded within SLAs
* Identify process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits. Facilitate cross functional mechanisms to minimize defects in a measurable way
* Identify and address customer and business pain points by actively deep diving into data and operational processes and working with cross-functional teams
* Work with Global Engineering Services (GES) and partner SME's to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, through processes to evaluate change requests, and facilitating lessons learnt from changes at a network level
* Schedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes; coordinate information between various teams in the organization
Job Requirements
Required qualifications/certifications:
Basic qualifications:
* University Degree, B.S. or Master, in Engineering, Science/Technology, Business or related field.
* Previous experience as a Program Manager in an engineering, or change management role
* Proven analytical skills and tools (Excel, power bi)
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills (>C1)
Preferred qualifications:
* SQL, Power BI or query or programing knowledge and experience
* Experience of working in logistics, supply chain, engineering, customer service or similar set ups in other organizations
* Experience with engaging with stakeholders or customers locally and across diverse geographical locations
* Ability to work independently, within tight timelines and with a strong attention to detail
* Additional EU languages would be beneficial qualifications
* Excellent meeting management and facilitation skills
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
* Proven experience in identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Software / programs / tools: Project management tools, Microsoft suite, BI tools (preferred)
