THE ROLE
The Business Services Supervisor manages a small team responsible for a range of business services to several offices in a geographical area. This includes but is not limited to fleet management, office accommodation planning, refurbishments, fit outs, building security and evacuations and office assets. The Business Services Supervisor also coordinates works and maintenance projects associated with properties and will also provide support with more complex functions as part of the Business Services branch.
An integral part of the role is in-person presence at multiple office locations under the Business Services branch portfolio. The role will require the incumbent to regularly travel and attend places of work across the Gippsland region.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
* Effectively manage office processes, maintain corporate information systems and provide advice and assistance to local area staff delivering office-based services within the portfolio. Answer queries, provide timely advice and take follow up action as required
* Effectively manage and lead a team of employees by:
* leading and supporting teams and individuals to achieve their potential and contribution to organisational goals and outcomes
