Visual Effects Recruiter
Job Description:
The role of Visual Effects Recruiter is a key position within our studio, responsible for sourcing and hiring talented individuals to join our team.
As the newest member of our recruitment team, you will be working closely with department leads, Talent Managers, HR leadership, and artists of all levels to identify and attract top talent from across the globe.
With a strong understanding of the creative industry, particularly in VFX and animation, you will have the ability to cultivate an environment of care and collaboration, ensuring that every candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the creative, VFX, and/or animation industries.
* Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting creative candidates from outreach through to offer.
* Proficiency in sourcing candidates via various tools (LinkedIn, social networks, job boards, etc.) and using/maintaining an applicant tracking system.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive meaningful conversations in recruitment.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a distributed team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
