Labourpower are recruiting for 10 X FREIGHT HANDLERS for International Freight Distribution Company in Botany.
Our client is currently building their AM shifts for PEAK SEASON
SHIFTS:
Morning: 4am-9.30am
The Role:
- Unloading incoming freight for local distribution
- Loading outgoing freight for national distribution
- palletising parcels and packages for truck load
- High volume Manual handling
- Sorting freight by location and destination
Successful Applicants will have/be:
- Previous Freight handling experience
- BE AVAILABLE 5 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY TO FRIDAY
- Strong, fit and able to perform manual handling for entirety of shift
- Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential
- Willing to undertake drug and alcohol screening
- Willing to undertake Criminal History Check
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive knowledge of WHS, Safety and Correct Manual Handling Techniques
- A desire to develop, learn and follow instructions
- Excellent Numeracy and literacy skills
