THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading, family owned importer of apparel and supply well known brand names to their customers across Australia & New Zealand. Due to growth within the company, they are now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable officer to join their fun and friendly team.
THE ROLE
Accounts Receivable function
Process payments and receipt to system
Set up current customer accounts
Reconciliation of accounts
Follow up outstanding debts and on hold accounts
Inbox management
Assist with EOM reporting
Support the accounts team with general admin tasks
Answer inbound phone calls and assist with customer enquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous experience working in an accounts role or similar
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Proficient using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel
Previous experience using MYOB/Xero or similar accounting software/ERP system
High attention to detail
Team player
