**Role Summary**: 
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations and front desk at Cremorne Point Manor. In this multifaceted role, you'll manage all hotel departments, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain our high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position requires an individual who is committed to excellence, budget management, and achieving KPIs, while also fostering a positive team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk and Guest Relations**: Provide exceptional service at the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and promptly resolve any guest inquiries or concerns. 
- **Daily Operations Management**: Supervise all departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations. 
- **Breakfast Preparation**: Prepare and serve a continental breakfast for direct booking guests, maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming setting in the dining area. 
- **Room Inspections**: Conduct regular room checks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. 
- **Budget Management**: Monitor spending to ensure it aligns with monthly budgets, optimize resource use, and minimize unnecessary costs. 
- **Staff Development and Engagement**: Lead, train, and motivate the team, offering growth opportunities and fostering a collaborative work environment. 
- **KPI Achievement**: Drive efforts to meet monthly KPIs, with a focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. 
- **Handle after hour emegency**
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality role, preferably within a boutique or smaller-scale property. 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-first approach. 
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and solve problems efficiently. 
- Basic knowledge of budget management and KPI-driven performance. 
- Willingness to handle a hands-on role that includes guest interaction and day-to-day operational duties.
