They've been operating for 10 years across the 1st and 2nd home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $800k. Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage single and double storey builds across Baldivis, Wellard, Golden Bay etc.
About You
* 12 months+ experience working as a Site Supervisor for a residential home builder, in WA.
* Would also consider someone looking to move into a Site Supervisor role.
* Strong trade background held in high regard.
* A positive and self-motivated approach to your work.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple sites at one time.
* Confident to work autonomously given the area of the builds.
The Role
* Supervise and manage the construction of single and double storey homes.
* Allocate materials and trades to job sites.
* Ensure timely construction of new homes.
* Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner.
* Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality.
* Maintain and update company systems.
* Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works.
* Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process.
