As a Course Consultant, you'll work exclusively with warm leads—people who've already expressed interest and are looking for expert guidance to take their next step. No cold calling. No high-pressure tactics. Just genuine, consultative conversations that help others move forward.

* Base salary of $63,800 + superannuation
With increases as you gain competence and confidence in the role.
* Uncapped commissions
Average of $8,500 per year, with top performers earning beyond that.

What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or a contact centre environment
* A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills
* Target-driven and KPI-focused—but also guided by purpose
* Passionate about helping others and making a difference through education
