Brunel is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high‑quality commercial builds across Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity with a respected builder known for delivering projects that shape the city's skyline.
About This Role
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key projects include hospitals and health facilities, new schools and education buildings, industrial and warehouse facilities, multi‑unit residential and retirement villages, and mixed‑use commercial offices and retail developments.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, trades, and scheduling
Enforce WHS compliance and promote a safety‑first culture
Manage subcontractors, budgets, and program timelines
Ensure high‑quality standards and attention to detail
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines
Hands‑on problem solver thriving in fast‑paced environments
