About the Business
Our client is a successful new home residential builder with an office based centrally on the Gold Coast. They have a team of 30 staff and expanding, and are looking for the next key member of their team.
About the Position
Due to growth a new positions exists for a passionate Administrator to join the business as a Personal Assistant to 2 Directors. Responsibilities will include the following:
* Manage car fleet registers and servicing
* Manage new vehicle registration and tracking
* Onboarding of new staff members on IT systems
* Organise company apparel when needed
* Credit card payments for rates and services
* Update CEO report each week
* Check monthly claims have been completed
* Organise company events
* Checking mail and PO Box
* Supporting Directors with adhoc administration tasks
Skills and Experience:
We are seeking a motivated Administrator who loves supporting and is eager to be in a Personal Assistant role. You will need the following:
* Minimum 3 years administration experience
* High attention to detail
* High level of responsibility and integrity
* Service and support orientated
* Positive can do attitude
* Flexible and enjoy working as a team
