What does the job look like?
You will be responsible for managing the profitability and high-level administrative functions of service contracts ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of customer billings. Key areas include:
1. Reviewing jobs performed ensuring profitability
2. Monthly invoicing
3. Assist with month end processes
4. Regular liaison with both internal and external stakeholders
5. Reporting on service contract revenue and profit streams
6. Involvement in the ongoing analytical reviews and assist with audit processes
7. Looking for efficiencies for process improvement
Are you the one?
This role would suit someone who has low to mid-level payables/receivables or bookkeeping experience. You bring a strong understanding of accounting principles either from your previous work experience or educational background and we will train you on the rest. You can demonstrate:
8. Solid knowledge of accounting/finance fundamentals
9. Competency in comprehending and interpreting customer contracts
10. Highly analytical with great attention to detail
11. Intermediate Excel skills – comfortable using pivot tables
12. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
