About The Opportunity
This full-time role is based in the tuck shop at Shore School. You'll be responsible for preparing food, operating the cash register, and serving students and staff in a fast-paced school setting. With early starts and no weekend work, this position is ideal for someone looking for reliable weekday hours during school terms.
What's On Offer
* Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 2:30pm
* Work during school terms only

Job Description
The Role:
Cater Care Gather seeks to appoint a Catering Assistant at one of our key education sites in North Sydney
Roster
7am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
What This Role Involves
* Assisting with food preparation
* Customer service - serving our students meals and snacks
* Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
* Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
* Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
* Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience using a cash register
* Experience preparing Food and selling products.
* Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
* Work with Children check
* Flu vaccination
