Our Private Wealth (family office) team is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Brisbane team. The Private Wealth team brings our purpose to life by working with clients throughout their entire business lifecycle, from supporting growing privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups, to estate and succession planning, wealth preservation, and everything in between, we provide holistic solutions that ensure our clients can grow and protect their businesses and wealth with confidence.

Responsibilities
* Step into a Senior Manager role and unlock new opportunities for growth and leadership
* Join a team of top professionals and contribute to exciting projects in a dynamic environment
* Provide tax compliance, tax planning and tax advisory services for large client groups with multiple types of entities including trusts, companies, partnerships and individuals
* Advise high net worth individuals/families, businesses and their owners on tax technical topics such as restructures, capital gains tax, Division 7A and trust losses
* Liaise with the ATO in relation to Top 500 and Next 5000 programs
* Apply your tax knowledge and experience to clients across all sectors of the Australian economy
* Manage a client portfolio including building relationships with your clients
* Mentor junior team members and invest time in their development
* Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Ensure that the family office complies with all relevant laws and regulations, mitigating legal and financial risks
Qualifications
* Experience advising high net worth individuals/families, businesses and their owners on tax technical topics
* Ability to provide tax compliance, planning and advisory services across trusts, companies, partnerships and individuals
* Experience in family advisory services including succession and estate planning
* Strong stakeholder management and client portfolio responsibilities
