About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality medical care to our residents. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Care: Provide high-quality medical care to residents, including assessing health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
* Wound Management: Manage and dress wounds, prevent infections, and promote proper wound healing.
* Health Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
* Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
* End-of-Life Care: Provide comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
* Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
