Community Development Officer Job Opportunity
This exciting role involves working with the local community to develop and implement initiatives that promote social cohesion, economic growth, and environmental sustainability. As a Community Development Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, conducting research and analysis, and developing programs that address the needs of the community.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have experience in community development, social science or similar studies, or work experience resulting in the same level of skill and knowledge. You will possess highly developed communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to work unsupervised and autonomously within a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV qualifications in Community Development, social science or similar studies, or work experience resulting in the same level of skill and knowledge;
* Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills;
* Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously within a team environment;
* Proven self-management, time management, and organisational skills.
