Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support to internal staff within our APAC offices (as well as remote staff). You will be responsible for the configuration and on-going management of our IT devices and hardware, as well as supporting our applications such as Office 365.
* Respond to internal IT tickets raised, providing a prompt service to you TeamViewer colleagues
* Support the IT service desk and be the initial point of contact for internal IT issues for the APAC region and onsite in Adelaide
* Manage basic active directory functions, such as distribution lists and user creation
* Support our suite of applications such as Office 365
* Setup, deploy, and support staff in the setup of mobile devices
* Troubleshoot and resolve peripheral issues (e.g., monitors, docking stations, printers)
* Help out the global IT team with tasks and projects as required
* Ensure employees have a smooth onboarding experience by assisting with the installation and first-time login of systems (this may include preparing packs to send to remote employees, and offering virtual assistance)
* Assist with procurement of software and hardware from approved suppliers
* Develop and maintain documentation (such as user guides) for our internal knowledge base 'Confluence'
Requirements
* Completion of a computer qualification or related discipline
* Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 11 and MacOS
* Advanced knowledge of Windows applications such as Office 365
* Very good knowledge of both iOS and Android mobile device operating systems
* Keen interest in new technology
* Experience in a customer service or support role
* Excellent communication skills, in order to understand staff needs and provide appropriate assistance and solutions
* Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Entra ID.
* Genuine willingness to help and assist employees in a friendly manner
* Occasional work outside standard hours may be required, with start and finish times adjusted accordingly.
